Rates
We are providers for several major insurance companies including Medicare. For those who do not have or do not wish to use their insurance, we charge $140/session at the present time. We are not taking UBH or Oxford at the present time.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully or we can check for you.

- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I have a co pay?
Payment
Check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $75.00.
